Bryant's extensive experience at L'Oréal from May 2004 to January 2020 included roles such as Vice President of Research and Innovation and Associate Vice President of R&D, where accomplishments included directing the L′Oréal Institute for Ethnic Hair and Skin Research and leading various teams to advance product development. An expert in analytical chemistry, Bryant holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree from Lincoln University.
