Stéphane Meunier, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience. Stéphane is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of HALLURA, a position they have held since October 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Teoxane Laboratories from June 2009 to July 2017 as the Director of Research & Development and Clinical Development. In this role, they provided leadership and guidance to the R&D and Clinical Development departments, directed the development of dermal filler formulations and advanced sterile hyaluronic acid hydrogels, and managed a team of engineers, professionals, and technicians.
Before their time at Teoxane Laboratories, Stéphane worked at CNRS from October 2005 to June 2009 as a Permanent Researcher. Here, they managed the research of postdocs, PhD students, and undergraduates, wrote grants and secured funding from various research organizations and pharmaceutical or cosmetic companies, and participated in collaborative programs with industry partners.
Stéphane also has experience as a Research Scientist Med Chem at GlaxoSmithKline from June 2004 to September 2005, where they led optimization in a dyslipidemia program and managed a team. Stéphane began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Scripps Research Institute in 2002.
Stéphane Meunier, Ph.D., received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry & Physics from ESPCI in 1999. Stéphane then pursued their academic career and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from CEA Saclay - Université Paris XI Orsay in 2002.
