Belle Spaan

Belle Spaan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance and Transformation, as well as CFO of the Safety Sector at Halma plc since August 2021. Previously, Belle held the position of Finance Director for the Lightside division at CRH from December 2018 to June 2021. Belle's extensive background at Philips from August 2004 to September 2018 includes roles such as VP Head of Finance Personal Care, VP EMEA Accounting Operations, and VP Global Transformation for Philips Finance Operations, among others. Belle's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business and Engineering from the University of Groningen, and additional studies at Maastricht Business School and Amsterdam Business School.
