Ben Badcock

Ben Badcock is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Finance Projects Lead at Halma plc since September 2021, Ben has been involved in critical projects for the Group CFO. Previously held positions include Interim Group Financial Controller at Halma, Financial Transformation Consultant at Davies, and Financial Director at Compass Group UK & Ireland. With a decade-long tenure at Interserve, Ben advanced from Divisional Finance Director for the Construction Division to Group Financial Controller. Earlier career milestones include serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Equant and a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen. Ben holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from The University of Manchester.
