Julie J. Eaton

Julie J. Eaton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives and driving financial performance across various sectors. Currently serving as Divisional CEO at Halma plc since January 2020, Julie is responsible for the strategic development of the Safety Sector. Prior to this role, Julie held several high-level positions at DuPont from 1995 to 2020, including Vice President of Strategy & Business Enablement and various leadership roles in product management, global business transformation, and marketing. A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Julie has demonstrated a strong ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and implement successful market strategies throughout a diverse career.
