Ray Hope is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently semi-retired and assisting at Halma plc since November 2018, Ray previously held significant roles, including Managing Director at Advanced Electronics Limited from April 1999 to September 2018 and at Morley Electronic Fire Systems Ltd from January 1988 to December 1998. Additionally, Ray served as a Founder Director at Morley Electronics Ltd from January 1983 to January 1988 and worked as an engineering contractor from October 1979 to January 1983. Early career experience includes serving as General Manager at JLT Trading from September 1975 to September 1977. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Business Strategy, Operations, Finance & Marketing from Newcastle University, completed from 1992 to 1995.
