Terrilynn Million Short

Terrilynn Million Short serves as the Divisional CEO at Halma plc since 2022, leading the Environmental & Analysis Sector, which encompasses global water and optical analysis companies focused on life-saving technologies. Prior to this role, Terrilynn was the VP and General Manager at Marley Engineered Products from 2016 to 2022 and held the position of Global Business Unit Manager for ITW from 2010 to 2015, where significant improvements in sales processes and product development were achieved. Earlier experience includes brand management for Sears Holdings Corporation, consulting for The Boston Consulting Group, and various roles in financial services at Yahoo!, St. Paul Cos., and Lehman Brothers. Terrilynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University and an M.B.A. from both Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
