David Hernandez

David Hernandez is currently serving as Vice President - Major Projects & Commercial at Halmar International since October 2021. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Dragados USA, Inc. from May 2011 to September 2021, including National Director of Bidding and Procurement for the US, Director of Bidding and Procurement - East Coast, Interim Director of Bidding/Estimating - East Coast, and Senior Project Manager & Bid Manager. Before working at Dragados USA, Inc., David worked at Dragados SA from September 2001 to May 2011, where David held positions such as Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Engineering Manager. David earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in a 6-year program completed from 1995 to 2001.
