Matt Keefe

Matt Keefe is an accomplished construction manager with extensive experience in heavy civil construction, currently serving as Area Manager and Project Manager at Halmar International since October 2009. A former P-3 Pilot in the U.S. Navy Reserve from October 2003 to December 2017, Matt also held a project manager role at Tocci Building Corporation, where responsibilities included preconstruction leadership, project controls management, and collaboration with stakeholders. Prior to that, Matt managed over 500,000 square feet of commercial and residential properties at Pinnacle Properties Management, LLC, and served as a Naval Aviator from May 1994 to October 2003. Matt holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and graduated from Holy Cross High School.
