Bernadette Greenwood

Chief Research Officer at HALO Diagnostics

Bernadette Greenwood is currently the Chief Research Officer at HALO Diagnostics. Bernadette has also previously worked at Desert Medical Imaging and Invivo Corporation. Greenwood has been in the medical field for over 25 years and has experience in MRI, software development, market research, and product development. In 2009, they developed a transrectal method for delivery of laser interstitial thermal therapy with 980 nm diode laser and real-time MR thermometry. Bernadette established the first beta site and IRB-approved clinical trial in 2010. Greenwood has presented their technical findings at the European Congress of Radiology in 2011.

Bernadette Greenwood's educational career includes a post-graduate certificate in imaging science from the University of Edinburgh College of Medicine, a bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences from AdventHealth University, and certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) for life, BLS and first aid, and ARRT (R)(MR) from ProMed Certifications. Bernadette also holds a certification in collaborative institutional training initiative from the University of Miami and protection of human research participants from the NIH Office of Extramural Research.

Bernadette Greenwood reports to Michael Uhl, CEO. They are on a team with John Feller - Chief Medical Officer, Doug Appleton - General Counsel, and Steve Haas - Head of Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
