Kathleen Fowler

Kathleen Fowler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the non-profit and real estate sectors. As the Executive Vice President and Co-founder of Halo House Foundation since June 2009, Kathleen has played a crucial role in advancing the organization's mission. Prior to this, Kathleen owned and managed several apartment complexes through Alright Management from May 2002 to December 2013, overseeing approximately 170 units and consulting with local owners on cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement. Earlier experience includes serving as a National Account Manager at Aspen Technology from 1994 to 1999. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology with a minor in Chemistry from Youngstown State University.
