Nara Bajenoff is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods and luxury jewelry sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HALO DREAM, INC. since March 2017, Nara provides strategic and tactical operational oversight for a $130 million global company with a diverse international presence. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Operations at HALO DREAM, overseeing global supply chain activities, and Senior Vice President of Product Development and Operations at IPPOLITA, managing strategic planning and day-to-day operations for a $50 million luxury jewelry brand. Nara's career also includes various operational leadership positions at Horizon Group USA and The Oneida Group, where responsibilities spanned procurement, merchandise planning, and logistics. Nara holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Pace University and a Master of Arts from Saint Petersburg State University.
