Healthy Living Partnership Manager at Halo Leisure

Simon Gwynne has extensive experience in leisure management, currently serving as the Healthy Living Partnership Manager at Halo Leisure since February 2003, with a focus on the Bridgend contract involving eight centres in partnership with Bridgend County Borough Council since 2015. Gwynne has built strong collaborative relationships with partners from Sport Wales, Public Health, and BCBC to deliver sustainable health services to the community. Additionally, as General Manager since December 2013, Gwynne oversees Hereford Leisure Pool and three additional centres in South Herefordshire, with Ross Swimming Pool receiving over 100,000 visits annually. Previous roles include Centre Manager positions at Ross on Wye Swimming Pool and Ledbury Swimming Pool. Gwynne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and A Levels in Business Studies, Religious Studies, and Maths from Kings School Gloucester.
