Karl Barnes - Dallas

Karl Barnes-Dallas has a diverse work experience in the field of post-production and media. Karl started their career at Minds Eye as a 2nd Camera Operator in 2011 and later worked as a runner at Flint and Love Music Love Food. In 2011, they also worked as a Technical Runner at The Outfit & Sons, where they provided assistance for day-to-day running duties and production support. Moving forward, Karl worked at The Outfit UK as a Production Assistant/Edit Assistant and Post and Systems Coordinator, overseeing internal infrastructure and coordinating assets for all staff. In 2017, they joined Aurora Media Worldwide as an Edit Assistant, before joining Molinare as a DI Operator, DI Coordinator, and Assistant Colourist. Most recently, Karl has taken on the role of Head of DI Picture Operations at Halo Post Production in 2021.

Karl Barnes-Dallas attended Farnborough College of Technology from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a BTEC in Moving Image. Karl then pursued a BSc in Film Production Technology at Staffordshire University from 2008 to 2011.
