Daryl started their career at OOCL in 2012 as an Operations Controller, responsible for overseeing and managing operations. In 2014, they joined Halo Service Solutions as a Software Engineer, and later took on the role of Lead Software Engineer/Architect in 2017. In September 2020, Daryl was promoted to Chief Technology Officer at Halo Service Solutions, where they currently hold the position.

Daryl Buckle pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia, completing their education between 2009 and 2012.
