Scott Krzywicki, MBA has extensive experience in financial leadership roles. Scott most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Halo Technology Group. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration at RSI Home Products Inc., where they played a key role in the company's acquisition by American Woodmark. Scott also served as the M&A Leader and Controller of the Hardware and Home Improvement Group at Stanley Black & Decker, where they set up HHI as a standalone business. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Control Components Inc. at IMI CCI and Chief Financial Officer - Asia Pacific at Albemarle Corporation. Scott began their career at Ford Motor Company, where they held various finance leadership roles, including overseeing the finance, purchasing, and IS departments for the Tulsa Glass Plant. Scott holds an MBA and has a strong track record in driving financial success in diverse industries.
