Steve Prendergast has a diverse and extensive work experience in technical and management roles. Steve has held positions in companies such as Halo, Comcast, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and McKesson. In their most recent role as the Vice President of Technical Services at Halo, they lead global technical support and customer service teams, ensuring exceptional technical assistance and support to drive revenue growth. At Comcast, Steve held several executive director positions, overseeing network operations, platform reliability engineering, and network devops. Steve successfully improved maintenance success rates and reduced change-related outages. Prior to Comcast, Steve worked at CSC as an IT Manager, responsible for installation and support of computer systems. In their earlier years at McKesson, they served as a Manager in Technical Support, overseeing the help desk and maintaining technical aspects for company conferences.
Steve Prendergast completed their high school education at Father Judge High School from 1985 to 1989. Steve then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems at Saint Joseph's University, graduating in 1994.
