Belinda Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service management and information technology project consulting. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Halocarbon since October 2016, Belinda has a proven track record of enhancing client relations and operational processes through effective technology use. As the owner of NScope Project Management, LLC since January 2004, Belinda specializes in project management and has successfully led technology projects, including substantial Java-based software solutions. Prior roles include Business Development and Project Leader at Cole Family Entertainment, where Belinda significantly increased revenues, and IT Project Manager at The Weather Channel, managing high-value development projects. Belinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UC Irvine and a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education from Kaplan University.
