Daniel Bergholdt

Daniel Bergholdt is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting and a focus on artificial intelligence and robotics. Currently serving as the Lead Software Robotics Recruiter at 1X since June 2025, Daniel is involved in advancing humanoid robotics and AI innovation. Previously, as a Senior Technical Recruiter II at Roblox from January 2023 to March 2025, Daniel specialized in AI/ML recruitment, mentoring peers and enhancing recruitment processes. At Thumbtack, from November 2020 to December 2022, Daniel led technical recruiting efforts and championed diversity hiring initiatives. Prior roles at Yahoo included Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter, where Daniel improved recruitment strategies and team performance. Earlier experience includes leading a division of Technical Recruiters at Robert Half. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from San José State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from West Valley Community College.
