Courtney Wine

Courtney Wine currently serves as the Director of Commercial Transactions Counsel at Halozyme, Inc., a position held since September 2023. Previously, Courtney held various legal roles at Travere Therapeutics, including Associate Director of Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel for Contracts from August 2019 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Contracts Counsel at The Scripps Research Institute and the California Institute for Biomedical Research (Calibr), where additional titles included Legal Associate and Legal Intern. Early career experience includes internships at Mulligan, Banham & Findley and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, as well as positions at Colorado Parks & Wildlife and Grand Hyatt Denver. Courtney Wine earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a focus on Health Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Denver.
