Rudy Steiner

Rudy Steiner is an accomplished leader in the meat and seafood industry, currently serving as President at Halperns' Steak & Seafood since September 2022. Previously, Rudy held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Creekstone Farms Premium Beef from August 2019 to September 2022, as well as Head of Retail Ready Operations and later Head of Retail Ready Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory, and Research & Development at JBS USA. Additional experience includes General Manager at FM Meat Products L.P. and a series of roles at Cargill, ranging from Plant Manager to Senior Food Scientist. Rudy holds a Master of Science in Animal Sciences and Meat Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Oklahoma State University. Expertise spans business strategy, operations, food safety, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and research and development.
