Joel Zonta

Joel Zonta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic project management and operational excellence. As the CEO and Founder of Halsten Incorporadora since April 2013, Joel has driven product strategies, market campaigns, and funding initiatives for new projects. Currently serving as CEO at Grupo Investcorp since August 2023, Joel previously held significant roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including Integrated Logistic PMO and Corporate PMO, where responsibilities encompassed managing budgets, service level optimization, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. An MBA graduate from FGV and holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, Joel brings a strong academic background to a successful career in business leadership and lean manufacturing.
