When are you most productive during the day?

Usually after some L-Carnitine and an ice bath. I got to be mindful when I consume L-Carnitine, else I'll be up until 5am.

If you didn't have this job, what would you be doing instead?

Likely designing worlds that my friends can play in Dungeons and Dragons or Pathfinder. Of course, adapting technology to be the most capable in this.

How do you like to run meetings?

I like to run meetings quite structured and on time. Giving enough floor space to encourage people to step up.

How do you like to receive feedback?

The only way one person should receive feedback, direct.

What part of your job gives you most energy?

Watching a project that didn't exist, become something, and beyond what we imagined it.
