Karen Lopez has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the training and development sector. Currently serving as an OD Business Partner and previously as a Learning and Development Officer at Halton Housing since May 2009, Karen has a strong focus on organizational development. Prior to this, roles included Trainer at Littlewoods Shop Direct Group from 1998 to 2009, Front Desk Clerk at AFRC Berchtesgaden from 1989 to 1993, and Sales Executive at idc communications from 1988 to 1989. Karen graduated from Range High School in Formby.
