Kieran McDonald

Kieran McDonald is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR&OD Business Partner at the University of Staffordshire since April 2021, following positions as HR Administration and Systems Team Leader and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Kieran held various roles in the retail sector, including Store Manager and Team Leader at Clarks from April 2015 to April 2021, and worked as a Travel Advisor at TUI from November 2012 to April 2015. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The Open University and is currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HRM through ICS Learn.
