Andrew Balahura

Andrew Balahura has held various leadership roles in housing and policy services, currently serving as the Director of Housing Services and Chief Operating Officer at Halton Region. Previous positions include Acting Director of Housing Services and Manager of Housing Services at Halton Region, and Manager of Interjurisdictional Partnerships at ServiceOntario. Andrew has also worked as Program Lead and Senior Policy Advisor within the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, as well as a Policy Analyst/Account Coordinator for the same ministry. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto.
