Irina Starkova began their work experience as the Regional Director of Business Development at JV Nea Central Asia from June 2007 to May 2012. In this role, they managed the company, conducted market and competitor research, and explored business development opportunities.

From May 2012 to March 2019, Irina worked at Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan as the Director of Project and Process Office and Change Management. Starting in May 2019, Irina joined ATF Bank Kazakhstan as the Head of Project and Process Office. In this position, they managed strategic projects, optimized processes, implemented methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and LEAN, and led team management activities.

Irina'smost recent work experience is at Halyk Bank, where they have been working as the Head of Project Office Strategic Transformation and CEO-2 since October 2021. In this role, Irina is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic projects, optimizing processes, developing new processes, and leading team management activities.

Throughout their career, Irina has demonstrated expertise in strategic project management, process optimization, team management, change management, and business development. Irina has experience in different industries, including banking and business development in Central Asia.

From 1991 to 1996, Irina Starkova attended the Almaty Road Construction Institute, where they obtained a diploma in civil engineering.
