Victoria Kaplanova

Victoria Kaplanova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victoria started their career as an Assistant Account Coordinator at "ARTI" - the official distributor of "Procter & Gamble" in 1996. Victoria then worked as a Manager of Sales at "MDK – International" LTD in 1998. After that, they were a Manager and Interpreter at "TERMI" LTD from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they worked as an Interpreter at "SMEDA - GEORGIA" in 2000. In the same year, they became the Director General at "Chekhov - Bread" LTD until 2004. Victoria then joined ProCredit Bank as a Senior Loan Officer until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the Branch Director at TBC Bank. Later, they joined TBC Bank Constanta as the Head of SME Sales Department from 2012 to 2013. Currently, they are working as the Head of Corporate Sales Department at Halyk Bank since 2014. Throughout their career, they have managed various departments, developed business strategies, implemented credit policies, analyzed competitor products, conducted customer satisfaction research, and worked extensively with credit processes and applications.

Victoria Kaplanova obtained a Master's degree in English language and literature from the Georgian State Institute of Foreign Languages, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Financial, Banking, and Insurance Business at Tbilisi National University from 2004 to 2008.
