Raggi al Hammouri

Raggi al Hammouri has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Raggi started their career in 2011 as a Student Intern at Williams Advanced Engineering, where they gained skills in the development of driver training simulators and artificial intelligence engines. Raggi also took on the role of Computer Scientist, Simulator Systems at the same company from 2012 to 2014, where they reported directly to the Program Manager and provided supervision for one student intern. During this time, they developed an AI engine for simulating realistic traffic behaviors and designed tools for automated reporting and data analysis.

In 2009, Raggi al Hammouri worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Elementary Spanish I and II at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. Raggi continued their internship at Williams Advanced Engineering in 2011, gaining further experience in simulator systems.

In 2014, Raggi al Hammouri joined Qatar Computing Research Institute, HBKU as a Research Assistant, where they worked until 2020. Raggi then transitioned to the role of Research Associate at the same company, where they currently work.

In 2015, Raggi al Hammouri had the opportunity to work as a Visiting Scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for a short period of time.

Raggi al Hammouri completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Raggi al Hammouri obtained certifications in Big Data & Social Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in June 2016 and in Data Science Specialization from Coursera Verified Certificates in May 2015.
