Benjamin Lilie has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a PR Consultant at RAIKE Kommunikation GmbH. Benjamin then moved on to FAKTOR 3, where they worked as a PR Consultant until 2010 and later became an Account Director/Senior Consultant from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined vjoon GmbH as a Public Relations Manager for a short period. Since 2013, Benjamin has been associated with Hamburger Hochbahn AG, initially as the Head of Section Media Development in the Marketing Department until 2017, and currently as the Head of Division Content & Cooperation.

Benjamin Lilie began their education at Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 1999 and completed their studies in 2004. Benjamin earned a degree in Diplom Kaufmann (FH) with a focus on International Marketing (Economics). In 2001, Benjamin also attended Dundalk Institute of Technology where they studied International Marketing for a short period of time, although no specific degree was obtained during this period.
