Natalie Rodriguez has a diverse work experience. Natalie Rodriguez has a diverse education history. In 1999, they started their academic journey at Universidad Simón Bolívar, where they pursued a Diploma in Urban Planning. Natalie continued their studies there until 2004. During the academic year 2003-2004, Natalie took part in an exchange program at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INSA), where they focused on Urban Planning. In 2005, they enrolled at l'École nationale du Génie de l'Eau et de l'Environnement de Strasbourg, earning a Master of Science degree in Drinking Water and Sanitation in 2006. Throughout their education, Natalie has shown a keen interest in urban planning and related fields.
