Kai Sautter

Kai Sautter has extensive experience in marketing and training, currently serving as Trainer and Co-Trainer at HSV since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kai worked as a Marketing Manager at NOVO INTERACTIVE GmbH from March 2021 to October 2024, and held similar positions at Admiral Entertainment S.R.L. from April 2018 to March 2021. Kai began the professional journey at HSM GmbH + Co. KG as a Junior Project Manager from September 2013 to March 2018. Educationally, Kai holds a Master of Business Administration in Sport Management from the University of Bayreuth (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, specializing in Industrial Management, from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) (2013-2016).
