The Clinical and Community Services team at Hamdard Health Alliance is dedicated to providing comprehensive, empathetic care and support to patients and community members. They coordinate various healthcare services, assist with health insurance and benefits, offer behavioral health support, and address social determinants of health. This multidisciplinary team, which includes clinical operations, social work, community relations, and specialized counseling, ensures that patients receive culturally informed, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs and experiences.
