Johanna Heinola-Lepistö

Johanna Heinola-Lepistö has extensive experience in academic coordination and guidance, currently serving as a Guidance Counsellor at Häme University of Applied Sciences since August 2020. Previously, from January 2019 to July 2020, Johanna worked as an Academic Officer at Tampere University, where responsibilities included coordinating Master's and Bachelor's Degree programs in Automation Engineering. Prior to that, Johanna held a similar role at Tampere University of Technology from May 2005 to December 2018, managing various academic programs and their development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Administrative Sciences from Tampere University and a Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from Tampere University of Technology, supplemented by professional teacher education and guidance counselling studies at Häme University of Applied Sciences.
