Roger Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Roger started their career at Deutsche Bank as an Associate Manager in Sales and Trading. Roger then pursued an MBA at the University of North Carolina before joining Colgate-Palmolive as an Assistant Product Manager. At Colgate-Palmolive, they focused on brand management and targeted growth in the Hispanic consumer market.

Roger later moved on to MillerCoors, where they held multiple roles including Brand Manager for Coors Light and Coors Banquet. Roger was responsible for managing brand revenue, strategic planning, and implementing marketing plans. Roger increased the Hispanic budget by leveraging ROI analytics and marketing mix modeling.

Roger then joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as the Director of Marketing, where they led the development and launch of an integrated marketing plan for the Hispanic consumer segment. Roger also played a key role in developing marketing launch plans for new motorcycles.

After their time at Harley-Davidson, they worked at Capital One as a Senior Brand Manager focused on multicultural marketing. Roger then became an Owner/Agent at State Farm, where they managed a team of sales representatives and offered various insurance and banking services to residential and commercial clients.

Before their current role as a Senior Brand Manager at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc., Roger was an Agent Intern at State Farm. In their current position, they lead a team focused on new product development, R&D innovation, content development, customer marketing, and outreach.

Throughout their career, Roger has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and multicultural marketing expertise. Roger has successfully managed budgets, implemented marketing plans, and driven growth in diverse consumer segments.

Roger Garcia pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and Finance from Baruch College, which they obtained between 1989 and 1994. Later, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specifically within the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, from 2001 to 2003. During their MBA, they focused on General Management, Marketing, and Sustainability. Additionally, Roger Garcia has obtained two certifications - "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps" and "Shake Shack CEO Randy Garutti (Thirty Minute Mentors)" - both from LinkedIn, in October 2022.
