Alice Carroll has over 30 years of experience in patent law, licensing, and due diligence matters as a Principal and Shareholder at Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C. since 1988. Prior to this, Alice worked in research for the Food Science Department at Cornell University's Agriculture Experiment Station in Geneva, NY, from 1984 to 1985. Alice holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, earned between 1985 and 1988, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry and Medical Technology from the State University of New York at Fredonia, obtained from 1979 to 1983.
