Elaina Cifelli

Elaina Cifelli has extensive experience in both administrative support and education. Currently serving as Personnel Assistant 4 with the State of New Jersey since July 2021, Elaina has progressed through various personnel roles. Simultaneously, Elaina has been a Recruiting Assistant at Hamilton Cardiology since June 2010, where responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and managing job advertisements. In addition to these roles, Elaina has experience in billing auditing, marketing assistance, and various teaching positions, showcasing a strong background in education. Elaina holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Rider University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
