Kaitlin Oliver

Kaitlin Oliver has a diverse background in the field of education and admissions, with roles at various institutions. Kaitlin served as an Associate Dean of Admission and Director of Diversity Recruitment at Hamilton College starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were an Ed.M. Candidate in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship at Harvard University Graduate School of Education from September 2021 to June 2022. Kaitlin also held positions at Franklin & Marshall College, including Senior Assistant Dean of Admission and Coordinator of College Access & Inclusion from July 2019 to September 2021, and Assistant Dean of Admission from June 2016 to July 2019.
