Brett Richards

Brett Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Brett started their career as an Owner/Partner of Putt'N'Puff in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Following this, they worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Michigan from 1997 to 1999. Brett then joined DOT Scientific as a Sales Associate, where they significantly increased sales and established new accounts until 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they served as a Territory Manager at INTEGRA BIOSCIENCES. Brett moved on to Thermo Fisher Scientific (formerly Invitrogen/Life Technologies) and held various roles, including Technical Account Manager and Account Manager, where they achieved sales targets and managed key relationships. In 2007, they worked at Fairfield Information Services, LLC as an Executive. Brett rejoined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2008 and was responsible for leading sales teams and developing strategies for global growth until 2016. Lastly, they joined Hamilton Company in 2016 as the Vice President of OEM Robotics.

Brett Richards attended Field High School from 1989 to 1993. Brett then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology from Bowling Green State University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997.
