Don Gay

Don Gay is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Hamilton Company, Don has prior experience in similar positions at The Middleby Corporation, UHS, and Trex Company. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Industrial/Organizational psychology from Kansas State University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Fort Hays State University, Don possesses a strong educational foundation to support extensive expertise in employee relations and human resources management.
