Leia Snyder

Leia Snyder is the current superintendent at Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services. Leia has been in this role since November 2020. Prior to their current position, they served as the quality assurance director at Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities from November 2010 to March 2015. From March 2015 to November 2020, they were the superintendent at Ross County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Snyder began their career as a lead IA/IA at Southern Ohio Council of Governments from August 2005 to November 2010. Leia then transitioned to Eastern Local Schools, where they worked as a teacher from December 2002 to August 2005.

Leia Snyder has a Master of Education from Xavier University in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Leia also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Wilmington College in Education and English.
