Tasha Faruqui

Dr. Tasha Faruqui was appointed to the Board in 2018 by the Hamilton County Commissioners. She is a pediatrician at TriHealth Pediatrics who works with children with a variety of disabilities and participates in their transition of care as they become adults. Dr. Faruqui also brings a valuable perspective as a mother of a child with a disability. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her doctorate from Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also serves on the Family Advisory Council at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and formerly served on the Family Advisory Council for DDBP. She also teaches a course on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.
