Andrew Hardy has over a decade of educational experience, currently serving as the Coordinator of Community Partnerships at the Hamilton County Department of Education since July 2014. In previous roles, Andrew held positions such as Innovation & Technology Integration Coach, 8th Grade History Teacher, and 4th Grade Teacher, where responsibilities included lesson planning based on academic standards, mentoring new staff, and enhancing student performance through data analysis. Prior experience includes teaching 3rd Grade at Oak Ridge Schools and a Math Teacher Intern role at Roane County Schools, alongside a brief stint as Summer Camp Director at Webb School of Knoxville. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
