Jenny Mauch

Jenny Mauch has an extensive work experience in the education sector. Jenny currently serves as the Director of Talent, Engagement, and Development at Hamilton County ESC since August 2022. Previously, they worked as an Educational Consultant at the same organization from October 2021 to August 2022. From August 2018 to October 2021, they held the role of Leadership Development Manager at Cincinnati Public Schools. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal from August 2012 to June 2018 and Assistant Principal from August 2011 to June 2012 at Cincinnati Public Schools. Jenny Mauch began their career as a Teacher at Cincinnati Public Schools from August 2001 to June 2010 and also served as a Master Teacher in the Teacher Advancement Program from June 2010 to June 2011. Jenny started their teaching career at North College Hill City Schools as a Teacher from August 2000 to June 2001. Jenny also worked as a Teacher at Cincinnati Public Schools from August 1999 to June 2000.

Jenny Mauch earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching from Miami University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at the University of Cincinnati from 2006 to 2007.
