Chelsea Johns, RDN, CDCES, currently serves as a Chronic Disease Care Specialist at Hamilton Health Center, focusing on Medical Nutrition Therapy for individuals with chronic diseases and those living with HIV in the Ryan White-funded HOPE Program. Prior experience includes roles as a Renal Dietitian at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where Chelsea provided education on renal diets and nutrition interventions, and as a Diabetes Educator at Penn State College of Medicine, delivering diabetes education and leading a comprehensive DSMES curriculum. Additionally, Chelsea has experience as a Nutrition and Wellness Educator at Byrnes Health Education Center and as a Nutrition Coach at Penn State University. Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Messiah University and completed a Dietetic Internship at Stony Brook University.
