Nhat van N.

Nhat Van N. currently serves as the Vice President of Global Payroll at Hamilton Lane, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Global HR Services at Prudential Financial, where Nhat led a multi-year global transformation initiative consolidating over 40 payrolls across more than 20 countries. Nhat founded NVN, Inc., an independent consulting firm focused on HR technology and Global Payroll transformation. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of HRIS at CIT, where Nhat led major HRIS initiatives, and Senior Technical Consultant at RCM Technologies. Nhat began a career in technical consulting at MBH Solutions prior to its acquisition by RCM. Nhat holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from Temple University.
