Nick Serpentine

Nick Serpentine is the Head of Total Rewards, where he is responsible for the firm’s competitive pay practices and benefits offerings.  Nick joined Hamilton Lane in 2020 and is charged with ensuring that Hamilton Lane’s global remuneration practice attracts, motivates, rewards, measures and retains employees at all levels.

Nick joined the firm from Aramark, where he served for more than 13 years managing various elements within the Total Rewards umbrella; most recently as Director, Total Rewards.  Nick began his career as an Analyst in Aramark’s Shareholder Services division, shortly after the firm’s LBO in 2007.

Nick received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
