Brit Ibanez

Brit Ibanez is the current head of litigation and dispute resolution at Hamilton Locke. Ibanez has over 17 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on funds management, real estate, and commercial disputes. Ibanez began their career as a solicitor at Teys McMahon in 2002 before being promoted to partner at McMahon Clarke in 2008. Ibanez spent 11 years at McMahon Clarke before joining Hamilton Locke in 2019.

Brit Ibanez has a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Masters in Laws from The University of Queensland, and an LLB in International Business from Griffith University.
