Hamilton Locke
Nick Edwards is a Partner at Hamilton Locke, where they lead the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Nick was a Senior Associate at Johnson Winter & Slattery, where they worked on some of Australia's largest corporate restructures.
Nick began their legal career at Gilbert + Tobin, where they worked in the Banking and Finance team before moving into Insolvency and Restructuring.
Nick has also been involved in a number of not-for-profit organisations, including Project Futures Limited (where they served as Chairman) and the St Aloysius College Old Boys Union (where they served as President).
Nick Edwards attended the Insolvency Education Program at IPA, University of Technology Sydney, and St Aloysius College.
They are on a team with Tricia Moloney - Partner, Finance, Adam Jeffrey - Partner - Finance, and Brad Allen - Partner - Finance. Nick Edwards reports to Zina Edwards, Head of Finance.
