Shaun Hardcastle

Shaun Hardcastle is the current head of the Perth office at Hamilton Locke. Prior to this, they were a partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers from November 2019 to February 2022. Shaun has also been a non-executive director at Schrole Group from October 2017 to February 2022. Shaun Hardcastle is also passionate about Western Australia’s natural environment and is a part of the WA Parks Foundation.

Shaun Hardcastle is a graduate of The University of Western Australia, where they earned their BA and LLB.

They are on a team with Margot King - Partner, Property, Benny Sham - Partner, Corporate, and Brent Delaney - Partner, Corporate. Their manager is Nick Humphrey, CEO.
